Terms and Conditions


1. Introduction
This agreement ("Terms of Use") is entered into between you and the company ("Company" or "EscapeAll") regarding the use of the website https://nl.escapeall.com and its provided services ("Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Role of the Platform
EscapeAll is an online platform for the promotion and reservation management of escape room businesses and related activities.

EscapeAll is not the provider, organizer, or operator of the services displayed on the Platform. The services are provided exclusively by the partner businesses ("Partners"), which bear sole responsibility for:

  • availability,
  • quality of services,
  • pricing,
  • service descriptions,
  • fulfillment of reservations,
  • any cancellations or modifications,
  • and the issuance of lawful tax documents.
The information displayed on the Platform is provided and updated by the Partners themselves through a management system to which they have access.
Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy and proper operation of the Platform, EscapeAll does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or continuously updated.
A reservation creates a contractual relationship exclusively between the user and the Partner providing the service.

3. Use of the Platform
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty regarding its availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
EscapeAll reserves the right to temporarily suspend operation of the Platform for maintenance, upgrade, or security reasons without prior notice.
Users declare that they possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. EscapeAll shall not be liable for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Use of the Platform’s content is permitted exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.
The following are prohibited:

  • copying,
  • reproduction,
  • modification,
  • creation of derivative works,
  • automated data collection,
  • use of robots, spiders, or other automated mechanisms,
  • or any use of the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

4. Reservations
Users may make reservations through the Platform according to the availability provided by the Partners.
EscapeAll does not guarantee availability or final confirmation of a reservation until it is accepted by the Partner.
Unauthorized resale of reservations is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the reservation may be cancelled without notice.
When making a reservation, acceptance of additional participation terms, safety rules, age restrictions, cancellation policies, or other conditions imposed by the partner businesses in relation to the services they provide may be required.
By completing a reservation, the user accepts that compliance with the additional terms and regulations of the respective Partner is required.
EscapeAll shall not be liable for the content, enforcement, or validity of terms imposed by partner businesses.

5. Payments and Tax Documents
If payment is required to complete a reservation, payment is made directly to the partner business through an independent payment provider acting on behalf of the partner business.
EscapeAll does not act as a payment service provider, does not collect money on behalf of partner businesses, and does not perform settlements or payments to them.
The partner business remains solely responsible for:

  • collection of payment,
  • issuance of receipts, invoices, or other tax documents,
  • as well as withholding, declaration, and remittance of any applicable taxes to the competent tax authorities.
EscapeAll shall not be liable for tax obligations related to services provided by partner businesses through the Platform.

6. Ratings and User Content
Users may submit reviews and ratings regarding the services of the Partners.
Users are required not to post unlawful, abusive, misleading, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate content.
The Company reserves the right to review, modify, or remove reviews or user accounts in cases of violation of these terms or suspicious behavior.
Reviews are not approved when they:

  • are submitted maliciously by competing businesses or their employees,
  • originate from owners or employees of other partner businesses with the intention of manipulating ratings,
  • or originate from owners or employees of the same business.
EscapeAll does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of opinions expressed by users. Each user remains solely responsible for the content they publish through the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EscapeAll, PARAGONS SOLUTIONS SINGLE MEMBER P.C., as well as its employees, partners, representatives, and officers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages related to the use or inability to use the Platform or services provided by Partners.

EscapeAll does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by Partners,
  • availability of services,
  • accuracy of prices, reviews, or descriptions,
  • nor uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
The Partners remain solely responsible for:
  • the services they provide,
  • reservation management,
  • cancellations, modifications, or refunds,
  • safe operation of their facilities,
  • collection of payments,
  • additional terms imposed during reservation completion,
  • as well as issuance and remittance of any lawful tax document or tax.
EscapeAll shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, violations, false statements, torts, or tax obligations of Partners or other third-party service providers.
Furthermore, EscapeAll shall not be liable for any injury, accident, bodily harm, death, loss of personal belongings, or any other damage that may arise during participation in services or activities provided by Partners.
EscapeAll shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to force majeure events, technical malfunctions, strikes, network interruptions, overbookings, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property
The content of the Platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, texts, graphics, and software, constitutes intellectual property of the Company or its lawful rights holders.

Copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679), applicable Greek legislation, and the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
The personal data collected is used exclusively for:

  • management and completion of reservations,
  • communication with users regarding their reservations,
  • security and proper operation of the Platform,
  • improvement of the provided services,
  • prevention of malicious or abusive reservations,
  • and, where required, for informational or promotional communication purposes following the user's consent.
Reservation details are shared with the partner business exclusively for the purposes of executing and managing the reservation.

The user may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability of their data in accordance with applicable legislation by submitting the relevant request through the Contact form.

10. User Accounts
If you create a profile on the Platform, certain information from your profile may be publicly accessible by other Internet users, according to your account privacy settings. By default, user profiles are public unless the user chooses otherwise through the available privacy settings.
In addition, the Platform automatically adds reservations made through the Platform to your profile when you use the phone number registered to your account.
The user remains solely responsible for the content and information published on their profile.
The user may delete their account at any time through the available Platform settings.

11. Cookies
Cookies are very small text information files used by browsers that help a website function more effectively by allowing it to recognize user preferences whenever the user returns to it.
The following types of such files exist:

  • Functional Cookies: Allow the smooth operation of the site.
  • Advertising Cookies: Allow the display of personalized advertisements on other websites or applications based on your actions across connected computers and devices.
  • Preference Cookies: Allow the display of personalized content for the user.
  • Statistics Cookies: Measure traffic and user behavior.
You may choose which cookies you wish to allow through the available cookie settings, except for strictly necessary functional cookies.

12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Modifications become effective upon their publication on the Platform.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek Law.
Any dispute related to the use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
