Story

In the 1950s, this building came into the hands of the Tauber family.

In Germany the beer of the Tauber family was famous and the Dutch market was the place to expand the empire.

Kristoff, the son of master brewer Heinrich Tauber, therefore started this brewery in Dwingeloo
In his long search for the perfect beer, Kristoff slowly went crazy and moved to a nursing home last year.
Since Kristoff is the last living member of the Tauber family, there was no succession for the brewery. The municipality bought the building to turn it into a museum. However, it turned out that the senile old fool has taken steps to protect his prescription.
To date, no one has been able to find the recipe. although many attempts have been made.
